Before founding RAY HOMES, Earvin worked in the mortgage industry for seven years. His experience helping hundreds of clients per year in obtaining home loans and walking them through the home buying process, led Earvin to want to transfer that knowledge to the agent side so he could help clients more directly in finding their dream homes and also in selling to maximize their profits.
In 2018, Earvin founded RAY HOMES which represents the region’s finest properties with exceptional skill using the most innovative technologies currently available. In his first year, Earvin won Rookie of the Year not
only in Kansas City, but in the entire midwest region. Earvin has continued to build on the success of his first year and has built a real estate group consistently ranked in the top 1% performing teams in the KC Metro area and RAY HOMES only continues to grow.
